All operatives complete BICSc-validated modules covering cleaning science, surface care, chemical handling, and professional standards before their first solo visit.

Infection Control

Healthcare and clinical cleaning operatives complete dedicated infection control training including NHS colour-coded zone systems, contact time protocols, and decontamination procedures.
